An ‘innovative’ cloud-based service designed to keep security systems up and running, ‘for maximum effectiveness at a minimum cost’, has been launched by Stanley Security.
‘Intelligent Maintenance’, a ‘proactive service’ introduced to enhance the level of service and maintenance of CCTV and intruder systems, forms a direct connection with CCTV or intruder systems to monitor automatically and actively their ‘health status’, providing early notifications of any faults. The system operates ‘24/7’, collecting data, learning from the systems it monitors and detecting any anomalies in real-time.
Advanced problem detection software allows the company to alert a customer to any potential failures of their equipment, such as cameras that may be out of action. If and when this occurs, Stanley Security’s support team is on hand to diagnose and fix the fault where possible. This will be done remotely where applicable, for maximum customer convenience and speed, with an average ‘resolve time’ of just 17 minutes; where this is not possible an engineer will be dispatched rapidly to site.
