Care 24-7, a provider of home care services in the UK, has announced a partnership with ISAAC Care, a remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform which it says ‘empowers individuals to live safely and independently at home’ by providing real-time fall detection through the ISAAC Care SMART Fall Alarm.
The home care services specialist the ‘cutting-edge technology’ enables it to deliver ‘proactive, personalised care’, ensuring its clients’ wellbeing and peace of mind.
The ISAAC Care fall alarm is a small device on which users need to simply press down a button for three seconds, and they are then connected to, and can talk to, to one of their emergency contacts. As well as a phone call, the emergency contact receives a push notification from the Isaac Care app, and can use it to see the user’s location in real time, ‘so they know exactly where and when they need help’. Those subscribing to the 24-7 Call Centre Supported Package will also have their situation assessed by Care 24-7, which will then, if required contact emergency services or their nominated friends/family members.
