UK-based engineering design consultancy and DIMHN member, Troup Bywaters + Anders (TB+A), has become only the third construction industry organisation globally to be awarded the Platinum standard by Investors in People (IiP).
The company said: “Organisations that meet the world-recognised Investors in People Platinum Standard reflect the very best in people management excellence. The Platinum standard is designed to highlight the top employers, with only 26 businesses globally accredited at Platinum level to date.”
